Our Story
SCE Hardware Co., Ltd. was established in 1984. We are a comprehensive group of companies strategically aligned through R&D, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Services - all supported by exemplary after-sales customer care.
With headquarters in Hong Kong and regional offices in strategic locations worldwide, including Shanghai, Ningbo, Sweden, Finland, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, we serve markets across Asia, Europe, Northern Europe, Africa, Oceania, South America, and the Middle global team consists of nearly 400 employees, including more than 100 engineers and technicians.
SCE Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of our group. Driven by innovation, we hold over 35 invention patents and utility model patents. We have earned recognition as a National High-tech Enterprise, a Zhejiang Province AAA Credit Rating Enterprise, a Ningbo City High-tech Enterprise, and a Ningbo City Specialized Refined and Diverse Innovation Enterprise.

2024
Approved by Sedex and established an ESG sustainability strategy.
2023
Partnered with German company SYR to establish a production facility in China.
2021
Set up a UK Office.
2017
Approved by OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO 14001 environmental management.
2016
Won award as a famous trademark in Ningbo and honored as a National High-tech Enterprise.
2014
Collaborated with the German company SYR to establish SYR Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, focusing on introducing more German water treatment products to China and designing new offerings.
2013
Expanded business operations and entered the water treatment business sector.
2009
The factory further developed and relocated to the industrial park in Ninghai, renamed SCE Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.
2008
Brass & Beyond Oy/Filial was established in Finland and Sweden to serve the Nordic market.
2002
SCE Hardware Mfg. (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. expanded the factory
2000
Set up a European office to oversee operations in Europe.
Established a strategic partnership ship with Towngas to develop
and launch Collar Fittings, obtanied design patents in
several countries.
1999
Became approved to ISO 9001 quality management system.
1998
Dongli Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai to expand domestic business in China.
1997
Participating in the lSH Frankfurt exhibition in Germany marked the beginning of our global presence.
1993
The SCE factory was established as SCE Hardware Mfg. (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. in Ningbo, China, specializing in the production of brass valves and fittings.
1984
SCE Hardware Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong.

Our Brand
EAGLE, a brand under SCE, stands as China's premier manufacturer of brass fittings and valves. Over the past 30 years, we have continuously expanded our product offerings and business scope to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
In 2000, we independently developed and produced the "EAGLE" valves and accessories, which gained approval for entry into both domestic and international gas markets. By 2008, we ventured into the HVAC market, and in 2013, we began offering customized OEM/ODM development and production services for environmental protection equipment. Our commitment to innovation led to the launch of new electronic smart control valves with IoT capabilities in 2018. Most recently, in 2023, we established an independent production facility for water treatment and environmental protection equipment.
Our sales channels have expanded from China to the global stage, with our products now available in Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, South America, and the Middle East. To cater to diverse customer requirements worldwide, our parent company, SCE Hardware, has established multiple subsidiaries or offices in countries such as Switzerland, Finland, the UK, and South Africa. We have also obtained various international production certifications and accolades including CSA, CE, UKCA, KITEMARK, WRAS, DVGW, WATERMARK, AGA, STF, VA, SP&SITAC, and SINTEF.
